• Proof of ownership (e.g., adoption papers, vet records)
• Up-to-date vaccination records

3. Process

• Complete the Pet Surrender Form accurately and honestly.
• Schedule an appointment for surrender evaluation.
• Bring all required documentation to the appointment.

5. Decision

• Furever Safe reserves the right to refuse any surrender.
• Acceptance is based on the pet's health, behavior, and our current capacity.
